Our programmes focus on building leadership, communication, teamwork, resilience, confidence, respect and self-belief through engaging, inclusive and purposeful activities.

We work in partnership with schools to support their aims and objectives, delivering programmes that complement the curriculum and contribute to pupils' personal development in line with Ofsted expectations.

 Our team of Armed Forces veterans and serving personnel has more than a century of combined military experience, gained across a wide range of operational, leadership and instructional roles.

Throughout our careers, we have led, mentored and developed teams in challenging and demanding environments, bringing together individuals from all walks of life to achieve exceptional outcomes. 

We understand the importance of strong leadership, effective communication, teamwork, resilience and mutual respect, and we draw upon these experiences to inspire and support the young people we work with.

 We offer a wide range of services designed to meet the individual needs of schools, educational settings and organisations.

Whether you require our support on a part-time or full-time basis, we provide tailored programmes for young people aged 8–18, professional development for education staff, and leadership and team-building programmes for corporate organisations striving for excellence.
